GENDER
Super-Novae promotes the social and economic integration of women by combining training, entrepreneurship, coaching, psychological support, and sports and artistic activities. We prevent discrimination and violence, promote community resilience, and ensure an inclusive environment.
Venezuela
The Super-Novae team went to Venezuela, with the aim of developing a holistic project for the economic integration of women in the governorates of Zulia and Apure.

GAZA
With the support of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Super-Novae helps women in Gaza to access professional opportunities. Unfortunately, the bombings in November 2023 put the project on hold, but Super-Novae is now focusing on humanitarian intervention.
YEMEN
In Yemen, with the support of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Super-Novae promotes the economic integration of young people through the Bidaya project.We strengthen their skills through a sports tournament, guaranteeing the participating women with culturally appropriate conditions.
Innovation
Faced with the rapid eruption of crises, and while the human development and humanitarian aid sectors are under the spotlight, Super-Novae must be an agile, effective and trustworthy actor as much for its beneficiaries, its local actors, as well as its international partners.
To do this, we develop exclusive digital tools for agile project management in accordance with the highest international standards, and transparent and accessible communication to all on the results we achieve.
In a desire to disseminate its requirement for transparency and agility to all actors involved, Super-Novae is working with the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to develop a digital, inclusive and holistic tool, to train, certify and monitor French and local NGOs in the countries of intervention of the MEAE Crisis and Support Center, through the Humanitease project.

Super-Novae campaigns for a zero-carbon development and humanitarian aid sector, by offsetting all of its emissions, encouraging its peers to do the same, and giving priority to supporting green entrepreneurial projects. Super-Novae works with Climate Partner to offset all of its emissions and finances green projects around the world.

In Libya, Super-Novae is supporting Adel Chtawa, for the development of his beekeeping project in Gharyan.
