Onboarding starts before applying
Corporate stalking is a very common practice before applying.
We know you're looking for as much information as possible about the company, and rightly so.

Our different phases
For the sake of transparency, we are sharing your future onboarding with you here. We also recommend that you consult our website and follow our social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to get to know us better.

Phase 1 - Discover us
This first phase allows you to familiarize yourself with the job offer (link of offers), to discover our teams, our projects, our different geographical areas of intervention, our culture... and to decide to apply.
To apply, as we are of course forward thinking, you will use our internal Rocket platform by simply clicking on the link at the end of the announcement or you can apply directly via LinkedIn. The application file must consist of a CV and two references who will be contacted.

Phase 2 - Our recruitment
Recruitment is an essential phase of onboarding, it takes place in three stages and allows us to discover ourselves and to verify our technical and human compatibility.
This is the first step in our future collaboration.
First, you will have an exercise lasting up to one hour to test your technical skills on the job in question. Then, you will have an interview with the line manager and then a less formal interview with the general management and future employees.
Our interviews consist of technical questions about the job and questions about your personality to discuss your state of mind and see if you share our values. It is not a question of asking yourself your three qualities and your three faults but more of having a mutually constructive exchange that allows you to discover each other. You will have the freedom to ask us any questions you deem necessary and we will make sure to answer them in a clear manner. After the interviews, all references given will be checked.
We make it a point of honor to find collaborators with a great capacity for adaptation and autonomy. We are a fast-growing organization with short-term projects (12 months generally), everyone must be able to do tasks that are not necessarily the core of your missions.

Phase 3 - Pre-Onboarding
Congratulations, you are becoming a member of Super Novae!
You will receive all the information necessary for the internal functioning of the company.
You will have a magnificent newcomer's guide that will guide you through your first steps with us and an IT charter. A bit of reading but nothing too boring.
We will, of course, organize a welcome day to meet the team and familiarize you with the environment.

Phase 4 - The Day
A mentor will be assigned to you by your line manager, he will accompany you in your first steps with us. He will be in charge of giving you your equipment, giving you a site visit, showing you our internal tools in more detail, everything that can facilitate your integration!

Phase 5 - Week 1
Your line manager will take care of the organization of the first week by organizing the meeting and the presentation of all the services, especially those in other countries. We are aware that taking up a position can be difficult and that it takes time to adapt before being comfortable in your missions, which is why at the end of the first we suggest that you take stock of your beginning of the experience.
Phase 6 - Month 1
At the end of the first month you will always have a meeting with the director to discuss your impressions of the first month with us and to discuss potential areas for improvement. Your feedback is important to us and it is imperative that everyone finds the space to communicate in a caring way.
