Super Novae

Development

Super-Novae supports the economic resilience of the most vulnerable, including in crisis areas impacted by conflicts, wars and/or natural disasters.

We combine traditional approaches to development, such as vocational training and support for entrepreneurship, with disruptive approaches through MHPSS, Sport and Art.
Discover the ETTIHAD project, an example of our interventions combining professional training, entrepreneurial training, individual coaching, psychological support and artistic activities, for the benefit of 100 women in Gaza.

The multiplication of economic opportunities

Super-Novae is able to support the economic integration of men and women in situations of increased vulnerability, such as young ex-combatants, or young people out of combat, women heads of large families, victims of violence or in a situation of disability, or foreign workers in an irregular situation.

The fight against social marginalization

At Super-Novae, we believe that every individual has the right to a dignified life, including in countries affected by conflicts, crises and/or natural disasters, and the most fragile environments. We also believe that social marginalization must be prevented, so that everyone can access autonomy.

SUPPORTING LOCAL ACTORS

To foster a more relevant, more inclusive and more sustainable development world, Super-Novae implements all its intervention programs using an approach that strengthens local players, promoting their professionalization and autonomy, so that they can, in the long term, offer quality services to their populations.

To achieve this, our interventions are implemented with the most passionate players, for whom we develop unique skills-building programs, so that they can implement their projects to the highest international standards, make their results more visible, and raise funds.

Sport and art

Sport is a great tool for the development of socio-professional skills such as team management, communication, leadership, a taste for effort and self-sacrifice. Art encourages innovation and creativity.

Both Sport and Art support psychological well-being. Super-Novae uses both tools transversely in all of its interventions.
